People come to therapy for many reasons — feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, struggling with relationships, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit from professional support.
A standard session lasts approximately 50 to 60 minutes. The first session may run slightly longer as we take time to understand your background and goals.
No referral is needed. You can book a session directly through our website or by contacting us. We welcome self-referrals and make the process as simple as possible.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. What you share stays between you and your therapist, with rare exceptions only where there is an immediate risk of harm or a legal obligation.
We are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, with six appointment slots each day. All sessions are currently offered via secure online consultation.
