Yes. Lalitha Manivel offers sessions in both English and Tamil. You can speak in whichever language feels most natural and comfortable. Many clients find it easier to express emotions in their mother tongue, that’s exactly why this option exists.

 
Sessions are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, with six appointment slots each day. All sessions are conducted online via secure Google Meet video call, so you can attend from wherever you have privacy.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of practice at LM Wellbeing. What you share stays between you and Lalitha Manivel. Payment receipts are issued in your name only. Nothing is sent to your home address unless you request it. Rare exceptions apply only where there is an immediate risk of harm or a specific legal obligation.
